Tug-A-Jug
This is Charlie's favorite toy. We put some dog food and treats in there and he will play with it until he gets all the food out. We like it because he can play on his own. After doing some research it is called Tug A Jug Dog toy. We found it at Target. He has had it for 2 months now and has not ruined it. Reading some reviews of other dogs tell me that other did not have as much luck.
He can get the treats out in the small gap where the rope is. Sometimes we take out the rope to make it a little easier on him. I hope your dog likes the toy as much as Charlie does! We thought $13 was expensive for a toy but now we think it was worth it.

Duck Hunt Anyone??
We bought Charlie a new toy from Walmart. It was a duck that sounded like a duck when you squeeze it. I am using past tense because it only lasted 2 days. We were actually impressed it lasted more than one. Charlie finally got the squeaker out of it yesterday. George then took the stuffing out of it so it can have a little longer life as a toy. George commented "and suddenly I had the urge to play duck hunt..."

Bubble Buddy
Rope Bone
Name of Toy:
Place of Purchase: Scotts Low Cost
Reason for Purchase: Cost
Cost: $1
Instant appeal to Charlie: He loved it. He was able to chew the rope at the end so we cut it.
Appeal to Charlie: He chews it by himself. He also wants us to throw it.
Thoughts: After we cut the ends off it was a great inexpensive toy.
One night later he is still playing with the toy on his own. It is still in one piece
